Report fly-tipping

If you see fly-tipping in the Stirling Council area, let us know. We'll do our best to remove it as quickly as possible.

Before you begin

We can only help with fly-tipping in certain areas:

  • we don't remove fly-tipping from private property, that's the landowner's responsibility
  • if the fly-tipping is on water, get in touch with the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency
  • if the fly-tipping is on a motorway, get in touch with Transport Scotland
  • if you see fly-tipping happening, call Police Scotland on 101

We need as much evidence as possible to prosecute fly-tippers. If you have photographs or vehicle information this can be very helpful.
