Report a missed bin

If your bin hasn't been collected, please let us know.

Before you begin

Before you report your bin as missed, please check:

  • our bin collection updates
  • the bin was at the collection point at the right time on the day of collection
  • the bin lid was fully closed
  • the bin wasn't tagged as having the wrong items in it
  • the correct bin was put out for collection
