Council Tax rates are based on two adults living in a property. If one of these adults is an apprentice, you may be eligible for a Council Tax discount.
Eligibility
To qualify for this discount apprentices must:
- be employed and being trained towards a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) or Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ)
- earn £256 or less a week
We'll also need a completed apprentice certificate from the employer.
