Stirling Council is currently developing a corporate Anti-Social Behaviour strategy. This strategy is a legal requirement under The Anti-Social Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act 2004, and must be developed in conjunction with Central Scotland Police.
The Anti-Social Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act 2004; defines anti-social behaviour as behaviour that "causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress; or pursues a course of conduct that causes or is likely to cause alarm or distress to at least one person not of the same household as them".

The development of the Anti-Social Behaviour strategy encompasses all Stirling Council services, Central Scotland Police, Registered Social Landlords and all other relevant services/agencies.
Stirling Council Housing Services play a pivotal role in tackling Anti-Social Behaviour. This site gives general advice on Anti-Social Behaviour from a Housing Services perspective. Through time this will be developed in conjunction with the Corporate Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy and link into Stirling Council's corporate website on anti-social behaviour.
