When there is no serious breach of tanancy conditions or where problems arise such as a result of a clash of lifestyles, enforcement action may not be appropriate. We have an independent mediation service which can help neighbours in dispute to reach a common compromise in order to resolve difficulties in a fair and impartial manner.
