Chief Executive's Office Structure
The Chief Executive is Head of Paid Service in the Council and is responsible for carrying out the agreed policies of the Council and the overall strategic management of Council services.
The Chief Executive advises the Council, chairs the Corporate Management Team and is the first point of contact with the Scottish Government, inspection and regulatory bodies and community planning partners.
The Chief Executive is also the Returning Officer for elections as well as undertaking the duties of the Clerk to the Lieutenancy of Stirling and Falkirk.
The Chief Executive’s Office has responsibility for Emergency Management, the Corporate Complaints Scheme (Talkback), Policy and Planning, Community Planning, Research and Information, Communications and Marketing and Performance Management
