Performance, Resources and Advice provides a range of support functions across Community services, as well as direct services to citizens:

  • Advice Services - money management, welfare benefits, debt, mediation and ethnic minorities advice
  • Business Resources- Information systems, data protection, information sharing, electronic service delivery
  • Performance Unit - performance management, voluntary sector development, contracts management and administration, service and strategic planning, health and safety
  • Human Resources - support and advice on human resources, the implications on staff of key policy changes.
