Community Care Services work with a wide range of adults, including older people, people with physical and/or learning disabilities and people with mental health problems and their carers.

Services include:

  • Support and advice
  • Assessment of specific care needs
  • Provision of or arranging access to a wide range of services including home support, equipment and adaptations to assist daily living, day care, respite and residential care, and accessing learning and cultural opportunities

There is increasing partnership working with Health Services, and with voluntary and private service providers.
