Customer care
We are constantly working to improve customer service.
The Council set up a project called Access Stirling, this grew into our Modernising Government project. To improve customer service it aimed to:
- Simplify access to Council services … with one phone number, one e-mail address and an improved website.
- Extend access to services … with longer hours on weekdays and weekend opening for the first time.
Improve service by rethinking how we do business, developing a bank of on-line information and developing a customer care code for all employees.
