The many comments were recorded and distilled and from these we devised the 5 C’s of service delivery:

  • C - consistency - train staff to deliver the same high standards
  • C - continuity - provide a seamless service
  • C - consultation - find out what local people want and try to deliver
  • C - contingency - have a Plan B, cover for busy times and absence
  • C - clarity - be clear about our priorities and services we offer
