Customer Care - The 5 C's
The many comments were recorded and distilled and from these we devised the 5 C’s of service delivery:
- C - consistency - train staff to deliver the same high standards
- C - continuity - provide a seamless service
- C - consultation - find out what local people want and try to deliver
- C - contingency - have a Plan B, cover for busy times and absence
- C - clarity - be clear about our priorities and services we offer
