What to do if you are not satisifed with our response

If you are not satisified with our response to your request, you can contact the Council's Corporate Complaints Officer ask him to review the decision.  Please note that the Act says you have 40 days in which to request that we review our decision.  The Corporate Complaints Officer will review your request, and reply to you within 20 working days.
