The District of Stirling Licensing Board has regard to the public interest in the information it holds. In preparing to meet its obligations under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, including the drawing up of this Publication Scheme under Section 23 of the Act, it has been mindful of the value of openness and transparency.
From 1 January 2005, you will have a right, under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, to request any information held by our authority which it has not already made available under its Publication Scheme.
