Welcome
Our survey of what you thought of Stirling Eye has shown that you thought very highly of it. Thank you, we appreciate and value your feedback. As you will see we have taken on board the ideas that you gave us and this edition will go out to every business in the Stirling Council area.
This issue looks at the importance of the voluntary sector which provides valuable services to businesses, employees and residents. There are more than 1,000 voluntary organisations operating across the area and together they make an important contribution to the local economy.
Our business profile is Monachyle Mhor and its spin out companies which have adopted the Mhor brand. The Lewis family have shown how it is possible to provide high standards and good value for money from their business ventures. 'Mhor' of the same please!
Lastly we are beginning to see the fruits of the Business Space Strategy with a number of important developments now approved such as the Dunblane Business Park being developed by Gladman Developments at Barbush, Dunblane. These important and vital developments will help to ensure that Stirling's strong track record of growth is sustained.
I wish you all a prosperous summer.![]()
