Who grants Liquor Licences
Stirling Licensing Board deal with all applications for licensed premises in the Stirling Area. The Licensing Board is made up of eight councillors and the Board meets four times a year in January, March, June and October.
Most of the business is routine however there are certain items which may be contentious for example New Licences, Provisional Grant of Licences and Regular Extensions.
