Complaints
If you have a complaint about any food which you have bought in the Stirling Council area please let us know.
The following details are necessary for our investigations and can be completed on our Food Complaint Form :
- your name and address
- full name and brand name of food (receipt if possible)
- manufacturer’s name and address
- batch number and/or durability date
- where bought
- when bought
- when defect noticed
- details of defect
- can you hand the food in to us or do you want it collected?
- do you have any objections to your name being released to the manufacturer?
