If you are over the age of 16 and on the current Electoral Register as living within your local Community Council Boundary and would be interested in working in partnership to improve community life, give some thought to standing for election.

Community Council full elections are held every four years with the next scheduled for 2013 although elections to fill vacancies are usually conducted annually.
