Adult Learning
Learning is for everyone, young and old. Whether as a baby, through school, colleges and further education, to adults learning new hobbies and interests - learning is part of a full and active life.
We provide education and care for pre-school children, and promote achievement through primary to secondary school. This includes dealing with school boards, special educational needs and the reshaping of education provision in the future.
Opportunities for adults to continue learning are also available. These include help with reading and writing, English for speakers of other languages, to a variety of community based leisure classes with topics such as upholstery and art.
