Stirling Community Newspaper Forum

The Community Newspaper Forum, was formed in August 1999 bringing together all the community newspapers in the Stirling Council area. It was initially formed to help the newspapers work together to publish a special commemorative Millennium Newspaper, the "Community Reporter" and Pack which was distributed throughout the area. forum logo

It now works with the Council to develop training opportunities, create a collective voice and promote the newspapers activities. It also organizes an annual "Community Newspaper of the Year” Awards event which is in its fifth year and has a series of display equipment which can be booked for events to promote the newspapers.
