Taking Part Project
The Council's Communities Team has been working alongside communities to identify needs and help develop resources to meet them locally. Along with local volunteers, the Team has been seeking the views of local people on current Community Plans using Participatory Appraisal (PA) methods.
The Project gives participants the opportunity, through interactive visual processes, to express their views on current service provision and to propose local solutions to local issues where change/improvement is required – whether in local Council services, NHS, Police, Fire services etc.
The findings will be taken forward by Local Community Planning Groups working with the Communities Team and the Stirling Community Planning Partnership.
