Flood Report

Stirling Council is required by law to publish a report every two years about what it is doing to stop or reduce flooding in the Council area. The Council is also required to list all reported flooding incidents since the last report.

In the report you will obtain details of flood incidents reported between November 2005 and November 2007, details of the actions taken by the Council within that period, details of what future plans the Council has for dealing with flooding, advice as what to do when involved in a flood event and finally the responsibilities property owners, the Council, the Scottish Government, Scottish Water and SEPA all have relative to flood defences.
