As the process of producing the core paths plan is totally new, it is understandable that people raised a number of questions. Some of these were answered by reference to the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, the Scottish Government Guidance or the Paths for All Partnership Good Practice Guide. However, some of the answers have only been developed through the actual core paths plan process.
Frequently the same questions were raised and the Countryside Service tried to address these recurring questions in issue 2 of the Core Paths Plan News.
