- Dec '05- Another 3 Path Inspectors join 'Adopt a Path' - Cambusbarron, Gargunnock, Bridge of Allan, Doune, Dunblane, Bannockburn, North Third, Cowie, Blairlogie, Balfron, Strathblane, Kings Park, Thornhill, Fallin are now in part covered by a volunteer Path Inspector.

- Oct '05 - The bridge over the Wharry Burn is completed, the Darn Walk is open from Bridge of Allan right through to Dunblane.
- Aug '05 - The Access team are the proud recipients of a new GIS and CAMS system to help with the management of access in the Stirling Council area.
- June '05 - The Team has just taken over the management and maintenance of 14km of the West Highland Way; the section runs from Mugdock Country Park to Gartness.
- June '05 - Penny Stoddard and Alison Perry join Richard Barron and make up the new Access Team
- Feb '05 - A procedure for the exemption of land from access rights (Section 11 Land Reform Act), developed by the Countryside Service, has now been approved by The Council.
- Feb '05 - A procedure for enforcing the removal of illegal signs and obstructions (Section 14 Land Reform Act) has now been approved by the Council
- Feb '05 - Copies of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code (SOAC) are now available by emailing the Countryside Service
