Personal Statement:I have walked, climbed, skied and cycled in Scotland, mostly in wild areas,for more than 50 years.. I would like to see the new access legislation developed in a way that is beneficial to both access takers and land managers (particularly farmers). I have a local interest in the development of core path networks in West Stirlingshire.
