Get Involved
There are lots of ways you can get involved. Here are the activities on offer at the moment.
Path Inspectors
We are currently looking for more Path Inspectors for a number of paths around Stirling and the more rural areas including the West Highland Way. If you are interested please contact Steve Cole.
Volunteer Activity Tuesdays
If you want to get out and do some practical work in your local community, then come and join us on a Volunteer Activity Tuesday. Once a month we shall go out with one of the Rangers and carry out tasks that will benefit the local community and/or wildlife. Tasks lined up so far include woodland management, litter picking, vegetation clearance, and path work.
This is a great opportunity to have fun, meet like-minded people and carry out some really useful work. All equipment and instructions will be provided, along with refreshments. All you need to bring are suitable clothing and footwear, your lunch and plenty of enthusiasm!
To help our planning of the day, booking is essential, at least a week before the day you wish to go out. Please contact Steve Cole on 01786 442932 for more information or to make your booking.
Have a look at the VAT Schedule for details arranged so far, and then future issues of Vit C for more up to date information.
