Complaints Procedure
You have a legal right to complain about Social Work Services. This may be about the service you are receiving or it may be about a service you are not receiving but think you should.
Making a complaint should be easy. You can write to or phone any member of Children's Services Social Work or anyone providing a service on their behalf such as a carer.
Contact Children's Services Social Work, Drummond House, Wellgreen, Stirling FK8 2EG, tel 01786 471177.
Alternatively, you can contact the Social Work Services Complaints Officer, Viewforth, Stirling, tel 01786 443231. If you prefer you can ask someone to act or speak on your behalf.
Your complaint is important. Priority will be given to responding to your concerns. Your complaint will be investigated and you will receive a reply.
The Social Work Service welcomes complaints because it helps us to sort our problems which are affecting you and where the service has 'got it wrong'. It helps us to learn and avoid similar problems in the future.
