Toddler Groups

Children playingToddler groups provide part-time opportunities for parents and carers (including childminders) and children, usually aged 3 years and under, to meet together to play, share experiences, offer mutual support and to take part in joint activities. Some groups are run alongside playgroups. Most are voluntary groups.

Toddler groups do not have to be registered, as parents are obliged to stay with their children.

More information is available on the Scottish Childcare website.
