If you are a council tenant it is your responsibility to make sure that your garden is kept neat and tidy. Your Housing Officer will check your garden throughout the year. We run a Garden Maintenance Scheme for people who can't manage to look after a garden themselves. Your Housing Officer can give further information. See also Ground Maintenance.
