The way that we work
- Young People have a choice; they can work with us or walk away
- Young People can choose to work with us when they want; our door is always open.
- We seek out young people to work with and young people seek to work with us.
- We work with young people, and not for them!
- We work in partnership with voluntary, statutory and private sector services.
- Our work can be both local and national.
