If you are happy with the service received please write and tell us. Your comments should be sent to:

If you are unhappy with the service received, please tell an officer within the Building Standards Service and the officer will try to resolve your problem. If you are unhappy with this response you can contact the Environment Service Complaints Officer. He can be contacted in writing at Environment Services, Viewforth, Stirling or by telephone on 01786 443195. This officer will arrange to review your complaint within 15 working days.
If you are still unhappy after the review, you can take your complaint to the Council's Corporate Complaints Officer. This officer will also arrange to review your complaint within 15 working days.
There is no further appeal within the Council. However, if you are still not satisfied with the service, you may wish to ask The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to consider your complaint. Generally, you have to send your complaint to the Ombudsman within a year from when it happened or from when you found out about the matter.
