Do you need care and support to live independently in your own home?
Home support
This ranges from help with housework to help with dressing, bathing and taking medication. You may also be able to arrnage for a relief carer to loook after you at home to allow the person who normally looks after you to take some time off.
Adaptations and equipment
This includes alterations to your home to help you cope with disabilities, and the range of special equipment such as walking frames, bathing aids, etc.
