Pest Control Service
Animal Control - rats, mice, ants, stray dogs, missing dogs and dog welfare
Local Authorities do not have a duty to provide a Pest Control Service either during or outwith office hours.
The service which Stirling Council provides is discretionary. We do not treat cats or bats. National Hertitage (Tel 01786 450362) should be contacted about bats.
Office Hours
A service is provided for the common pests during normal office hours.
Target response times are:-
- High priority (mice, rats, trapped animals) - 2 working days
- Low priority (all other pest complaints) - 5 working days
