- Answer:YES – The only option is poison – if the citizen does not wish poison we cannot help -they would have to buy a rat trap themselves from any local Garden Centres/B + Q.

- Answer:We can supply a mouse trap to the citizen and give advice on setting and also give the citizen the option of poison being laid for rats and mice.
