Housing services and what we provide
Housing Services are responsible for the management of all council houses in the Stirling area.
Management Services include:
- repairs
- rents
- estate management
- homelessness and allocations.
The Service also deals with:
- the modernisation and improvement to Council houses
- Council house sales and improving conditions in private housing. in partnership with Scottish Homes, Housing Associations and developers
- we are involved in developing the Council's enabling role in promoting housing for rent.
The Service is delivered through 4 teams which are Strategy and Development, Tenant Services, Homelessness and Technical Services - each headed by a Service Manager.
