Housing Allocations
Stirling Council have access to the allocation of over 8000 properties in the Stirling district. These properties are either Council houses or local Housing Association properties. Access to the waiting list is by submitting a form to any of the Local Offices or if you live outside the Stirling Area to Municipal Buildings, Corn Exchange Road, Stirling FK8 2ET.
Stirling allocate approximately 350 houses per year and have a waiting list of almost 3000 applicants. Housing is allocated on a needs basis with each application being pointed according to the applicants current circumstances.
Application forms are available from all the Local Offices and by post from Housing Services, Municipal Buildings, Corn Exchange Road, Stirling FK8 2ET. Outwith Stirling Council Area applicants should Email Us
