Most of the repairs are carried out by Technical Services. Technical Services also administer and carry out all Heating Repairs to council houses within the Stirling Council area.
Beyond simply carrying out repairs to it's housing stock, Stirling Council also invests heavily in programmes to upgrade it's current housing stock. Such as kitchen and bathroom replacement projects, roofing and external works and programmed maintenance.
