Technical Services aim to provide an effective and efficient repairs service by:
- Offering a helpful, polite and prompt service.
- Undertaking repairs within stated timescales.
- Keeping you informed of progress and delays.
We at Technical Services provide 3 different types of service:
- Responsive Repairs Where you report a repair to us and we react within the agreed time
- .
- Cyclical Maintenance - Where the external repairs are identified by us and the work is planned.
- Capital Works - Where we invest in home improvements and adaptations..
The Right to Repair Scheme applies to all tenants of Stirling Council. The means you have the right to have small urgent repairs carried out by us within a given timescale. The scheme covers certain repairs up to the value of £350, these qualifying repairs are those that might effect your health, safety or security and need to be done quickly.
Technical Service have a Service Pledge and Commitment as we believe in delivering an improved performance in regard to repairs and maintenance and by committing ourselves to clearly set our standards as described in our Chartermark Award.
