At Home
There are many different ways that you can support the young people in your care to be more enterprising from simple things such as encouraging them to have a positive attitude to giving them responsibility for the delivery of tasks in the home.
At School
As an employee or an employer there are many ways that you can support the delivery of enterprise in education in your local school including:
- delivering a short talk on your career path or role
- hosting a work experience placement
- providing a short demonstration of a key element of your role or a hobby/interest (for example flower arranging)
- demonstrating useful skills and techniques used in your place of work to the teaching staff in your school
