Ask ScotlandAsk Scotland is an online information service provided by Scotland's public libraries that lets you get real answers from real people. You can email a question using the online form or chat with a librarian using instant messaging service, which is available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Over 100 reference publications provide a comprehensive resource for everybody in the UK. Most are unique to KnowUK and are not available elsewhere online. Many of these are updated more frequently than the equivalent print copy, so KnowUK is the place to search first.
