Development Plan Monitoring

The Development Plan contains commitments to monitor plan performance in order to assist the process of keeping the development plan up to date and relevant. The Council currently carries out monitoring of housing through the Housing Land Audit, the monitoring of employment land through the Employment Sites Register and the monitoring of the retail units in the City and Local Centres Monitoring Report.
