Free bus travel for older and disabled people anywhere in Scotland

The Scottish Government introduced a new Entitlement Card (Travel Pass), which replaced the local bus travel pass as from April 2006. This new card allows you to travel anywhere in Scotland on a bus for free.

Stirling Council contacted all local bus travel pass holders and invited them to apply for the new entitlement card.
Over 12,000 new cards have been issued to Stirling residents.  
If you currently have a local bus travel pass and have not been contacted, or if you would like to apply for the new entitlement card, please call into the bus station at times shown below, or for more information telephone 01786 442704 or e-mail

To receive your new entitlement card

You can receive your card by visititng the Stirling bus station and completing an application form.  The times that you may attend at the bus station are between: 10.00 am and 12 noon or 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday
