Residents Parking
We operate a Residents Permit Parking Scheme within the Controlled Parking Zone in Stirling City Centre. This permit (£60 per year) entitles the holder to park in "residents only" bays and "pay and display" areas within the designated zone, without limit of time and at no additional charge.
The permit does not entitle the holder to park in any other areas including loading bays, bus stops, taxi ranks, disabled spaces, doctor spaces and single or double yellow lines.
The permit system operates from Monday to Saturday (inclusive) between the hours of 8.45am and 5.30pm.
Applications can either be made by post or in person at the Viewforth Council Offices, the offices are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
There is certain information which must be submitted with payment, prior to the residents parking permit being issued. This is explained in the Terms of Condition included in the application form.
