Roads Maintenance are part of Environment Services and are responsible for maintaining the following:-
- all adopted roadsand footways
- all adopted bridges and structures
- road drainage
- street lighting
- winter maintenance
and co-ordinating all activities on the road network including undertakings carried out by the public utilties
