Grounds Maintenance Streetscape
Grounds Maintenance is responsible for all council managed open space areas within the 30 MPH Limits. (If an area is outwith the 30MPH area it is the responsibility of the Roads Service.) Grounds maintenance is responsible for:
- Grass Cutting -enquiries and complaints to the Contact Centre
- Trees and their Leaves
- Dangerous Weeds / normal weeds
- Planted Areas
- Sports Grounds
- Garden Maintenance
- Hedges
- Fences & Walls
- War Memorials
- Street Furniture
- Open space drainage
- Open space signs
- Taking on new developments
- Grounds related Public Liability Insurance Claims
