The purpose of this research was to provide up-to-date information on the characteristics of visitors to Stirling, by undertaking on-street interviews at a range of tourist destinations in and around Stirling. It updates previous visitor surveys concluded in Stirling in 1994, 1997, 2000 and 2003.
Stirling Focus is a key publication for residents, giving news on services provided by Stirling Council. Discussion groups were held with some rural and urban Sounding Board members, to find out their thoughts on the publication.
This survey was used to find out how widely information technology is used in Stirling Council area. The results are being used to help inform plans for future information technology requirements and planning in the area.
This work investigated local people’s perceptions, level of satisfaction with different aspects of their lives and priorities for the future.
