Residents Survey

The Council conducts a residents survey every two to three years, using the Stirling Sounding Board. The Sounding Board is made up of 1300 people who are representative of all of Stirling Council's population. The survey keep paces with changes in residents’ views about issues relevant to the Council. The feedback you give us helps the Council and its partners to continually improve services.

For this year's survey, we invited all residents to have their say on Council services and take part in an online version of the survey. This year’s survey includes general questions on the Council and what influences your views of it, communication with the Council, as well as some specific questions about waste and recycling.
