The Holy Rude Church
Stirling's old town is completed by the Church of the Holy Rude. This medieval parish church was one of the first in Scotland to experience the Reformation and alongside Westminster Abbey, it is the only other active church in Britain to have witnessed a Coronation, that of the infant James V1 in 1567. more on the Holy Rude
