The Scottish Government has produced a small booklet for parents. The booklet will help you decide whether a nany is the right choice of childcare for your family, help you plan your nanny's job, advertise the job vacancy, choose potential nannies to interview, plan and carry out the interviews, check your nanny's references, etc, before employment starts and support your nany in the job.
