Eating well means eating everything your body needs to stay healthy, without eating too much junk food - especially fatty and sweet foods. People sometimes call this 'eating a balanced diet'.
Does that mean I can't eat sweets?

It's okay to eat chips and other fatty foods, in fact your body needs some fat. Just don't eat too much.
How much is too much?
Maybe one or two portions of chips per week. Okay?
