Below are my top tips for a healthy diet.

Eat Five portions of fruit and veg per day.
If you want a snack, try a piece of fruit.
Remember to eat sensibly. You don’t need to follow what you eat too closely as long as you’re sensible.
Brush your teeth after eating sugary snacks.
Eat Breakfast! It helps you play sport and concentrate on work in the morning. Cereal is very good for you, it’s full of fibre.
Drink real fruit juice instead of fizzy pop."
