Trading Standards
We aim to help protect the interests of businesses and consumers within the Stirling Council area. To do that we enforce a wide range of Trading Standards laws and provide advice and guidance to both consumers and traders.

Food Safety
The Food Safety Team is responsible for ensuring that all food produced, handled and sold in the council area is safe to eat. To achieve this, we visit premises to ensure businesses get the right help and assistance to enable them to comply with legislation, whilst also protecting the interests of the public.
