Building Standards - Application forms

Important information as of 1 October 2012

All Building Warrant applications submitted on or after 1 October 2012 will be subject to the “Verification during Construction” and the “Construction Notification Plan” scheme in accordance with Building Standards Verifiers Performance Framework Agreement with Scottish Government.

Change of Fees - 1 April 2013

Please note there have been fee changes for the following applications as of 1 April 2013:-

Section 89 for Permission to Use a Raised Structure - £177.08

Section 50 Certificate - £122.85

Letter of Comfort - No Inspection Needed - £117.71

Letter of Comfort - Inspection Required - £321.51

Copy Documents - No Building Warrant Reference Provided - £89.25

Copy Documents - Building Warrant Reference Provided - £31.80

Please also note we can no longer accept cash at the Viewforth Complex, if you require to pay by cash please do so at the Customer First building, Port Street, Stirling.
