Please note there have been fee changes for the following applications as of 1 January 2012:-

Section 89 for Permission to Use a Raised Structure - £168.65

Section 50 Certificate - £117

Letter of Comfort - No Inspection Needed -£112.10

Copy Documents - No Building Warrant Reference Provided - £85

Copy Documents - Building Warrant Reference Provided - £30.29

Please also note we can no longer accept cash at the Viewforth Complex, if you require to pay by cash please do so at the Customer First building, Port Street, Stirling.
